About this villa rental
At first floor of a charming villa, the apartment is surrounded by a 5000sq. m. wood with private pool. Nearby enchanting beaches, medieval village and health spa. You will be the only guest in the house. Perfect for amusing and relaxing!
Surrounded by a garden with cork oaks, mimosas and holly oaks, the apartment consists of a living area with a small kitchen, a dining room and a double sofa bed and a sleeping area with a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The garden is equipped with a table and a bbq to eat outdoors and an exclusive terrace with a view on the woods. A small walkway leads to the pool.
Guests will have access to the entire garden equipped with bbq area, veranda with table and chairs, terrace in the wood and swimming pool. Washing machine and clotheshorse are situated in a room separated by the house.
The house is located in the heart of one of Tuscany's most important archaeological and natural sites. Within 10 km you'll find the following, amazing places: the Archaeological Mines Park of San Silvestro, the Coastal Natural Park of Rimigliano - boasting a beautiful pinewood and a vast, pristine beach, - the Etruscan Necropolises of Baratti and Populonia, the Sterpaia Coastal Park and the Natural Park of Montioni.
Countryside, wonderful beaches and historical sites. At your fingertips you will find the gorgeus tuscany food and wine. The house is not far from the enchanting gulf of Baratti and the beach of Rimigliano. In 15 min you can reach mineral spring with health spa. Belle maison spacieuse ! L’accueil a été très bon . Le propriétaire a répondu rapidement aux quelques soucis électriques dus à un énorme orage!
La région est belle , elle nous a permis de découvrir Florence Pise sienne les 5 terres et l’ile D’elbe😍!
Nous aimerions y retourner pour en découvrir davantage.
