Great central location, very helpful host who offered me taxi service from and to the airport- it was really great ( I had a night flight).
Unusual and not really comfortable bathroom. It takes time to get used to the smell in the basement.

Very spacious apartment with large comfortable bed, good wifi. In a great location, about 30mins walk from the bus station dragging luggage, and 15 mins to where the Rila tour buses leave. Comfortable temperature even in summer. Shower in toilet area but plenty of hot water. Lidl supermarket almost across the road. Friendly helpful host sent lots of info on what to see, with map links, thanks!
Would perhaps be better calling it Modern and old Basement so there's no surprises. The stairs to reach the Basement are steep and with a suitcase it's precarious, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There's no outside light if coming back at night. No real cooking facilities just a microwave.
