The villa is surrounded by greenery, dominating the landscape of the Crete Senesi from the top of a hill with a suggestive 360 degree view.
The ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday and interesting daily excursions to the most beautiful medieval towns such as Siena, Florence, Perugia, Montepulciano, Cortona, numerous medieval villages, churches and castles. Very interesting visits to wineries.
The villa has 7 bedrooms, kitchen, veranda and 5 bathrooms.
You can relax in the pool that is 12 meters long and 6 meters wide
The Medieval Village of Montisi is 3 km away; at 5 km you can find S. Giovanni d'Ace in whose ancient castle dates back to the 13th century, the white truffle fair (March and November).
Within a few minutes you can reach the Artistic, Natural and Cultural Park of Val d'Orcia.
A short distance away are the thermal waters of Bagno Vignoni, Bagni S. Filippo and Rapolano Terme.
The climate of Tuscany is mild, usually the villa does not require heating from mid-April to mid-October, the first 2 weeks of April and the last 2 weeks of October only needs a few hours in the evening, consumption will be counted by the counter at a cost of 4.5 euros per cubic meter.

This villa is too beautiful to express in words. The views are breathtaking, the villa is perfect in every way. There were 10 of us and it more than suited our needs. Perfect location surrounded by the Tuscan hills. Sunsets are gorgeous! Pool was fantastic. Luigi, the owner, was accessible and always willing to help. We hired The Tuscan Chef for 2 night and that was a real experience. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Don’t pass this one up. It’s wonderful

My family and two other families of friends we had a great week at this villa, eating every night in the beautiful veranda. the villa is situated on top of a hill with a spectacular view. During the days we did a lot of hiking in the beautiful cities close to us. Very pretty little village of Montisi which is three kilometers.Luigi has been very considerate and gave us numerous places to visit.
