SPECIFICATIONS:
Ground Floor
Kitchen /Dining Area: 18'6” x 17'6”. A large, bright living space fitted with a country style fully fitted kitchen including fully integrated dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. There is also an electric hob, oven, microwave oven and Sage coffee machine. Granite worktops and a double Belfast sink and marble flooring complete the kitchen.
There are views of the courtyard and also the rolling countryside behind the courtyard.
Living Room: 17'6” x 11'4”. Spacious living room with oak wooden floors and a multi fuel stove set into the chimney breast. Sofa, coffee table, satellite TV/DVD/Video player and stereo. View over courtyard to the front and the rolling fields behind.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom Stable 1 which was perfect for my family. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was provided. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Grandkids had a blast on the trampoline and the grounds to run around in and we enjoyed a cocktail on the back porch. Beautiful property.

Our family of 5 was very comfortable in the 3 bedroom 'Stables' at Decoy Cottages. There was plenty of space and everything was well cared for and equipped. We also really appreciated the on premise farm fresh eggs, milk, butter and cheese provided in the fridge for us. What a treat!The grounds were so pleasant, quiet and secure. Our children thoroughly enjoyed playing on the playground and especially playing with 'Milo' the dog who made appearances from time to time.You can't beat the location when going to see all of the things that the Boyne Valley has to offer. We only had two nights at Decoy Cottages, but we saw a lot and plan on returning someday to see more. The closeness of Decoy Cottages to Dublin and its airport cannot be overstated either.We had a wonderful, albeit short, stay at Decoy Cottages.
