My family visited Bella Vista mainly to golf. We found the townhome to be clean and well stocked with essentials and everything we needed. A great option for the price and we would stay again.

The communication and check-in process was great. The townhome had everything we needed. We loved the quietness and being close to things but away from the city feel. The outlets in a few rooms didn’t work and when we contacts the property manager he made sure to get them working. However there were a few things that would have made this place a little bit better. Having actual hand soap bottles instead of hotel soap bars, towel hooks close to the shower, more light in the rooms, bathroom and living room are just several. The washing machine would only put out hot water no matter what cycle I ran, and the parking spot was on a fairly steep incline. Overall we had a pleasant stay there, but it lacked a feeling of coziness.

We came for a short Weekend Golf Outing. It did rain and the courses were wet but still playable.. The Townhome was nice and very close by to everything. It was very clean except in One of the beds there were 4 dead roaches under the covers. The other room had No Batteries in the remote so we had to use the ones from upstairs. We didn't use the kitchen since we ate at JJ's and Rosita's both nights and lunch at BVCC Bar and GrillThe Townhome had Great Value and we would stay again.
