Great location which was easy to get to from the Hauptbahnhof via Tram and a quick walk into the historic district of the city. It was easy to book and had friendly staff at check-in. Love that they were bilingual and spoke English. Room was extremely clean and cozy.
The room was very warm even with the radiators turned off. We opened the window at night but there was a bit of street noise.

Very unhelpful place if you don’t read or speak German and have the misfortune to arrive after reception shuts I in the early evening
For those with limited German and who arrive after reception shuts in the early evening, access to the room you have booked is very difficult. We were ultimately helped by a passer by who spoke German on our behalf to the person at the end of the phone you are directed to call by means of a notice, in German only, on the door of reception
