This beautiful 2-bedroom holiday home rests in Waltershausen, surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful nature. The holiday home has a private terrace to linger all day long and a private sauna to unwind after a hectic day. It is ideal for a small family or 4 persons.
The Waltershausen village is surrounded by woods in the heart of the Thüringer forest. It is home to the famous Rennsteig and the 950 m high Insel Mountain. While you can always go for walking, the region also offers great winter sports facilities. At a walking distance of 100 m, you have several restaurants serving local dishes. The town center rests at 800 m if you wish to head out on an evening stroll. You will find grocery stores at 5 km.
The holiday home has central heating for comfort when it is cold outside. You are welcomed to enjoy delicious home-cooked meals in the private furnished garden. Children have a sandpit and table tennis table to play around. Parking is available.

It was a pleasant stay overall, The location is quiet, yet close enough to the town center for evening strolls, The kids enjoyed the game table, and we all appreciated the clean and spacious bathroom

Leuk knus huisje aan de rand van het bos. Super leuke vakantie gehad

Het huisje was prima,heel rustig en het landschap is prachtig.zijn de omgeving aan het ontdekken heel mooi.in het dorp het restaurand bezocht,eenvoudig maar eten prima.de grote steden bezocht zoals,erfurt -gohta-eisennach.allemaal heel leuk.dus vakantie daar,zeker doen.

Leuk knus huisje met alle gemakken voorzien. Afgemaakte tuin en mooi rustig gelegen direct aan het bos met wandelpaden in de bergen. Op 100 mtr afstand een restaurant Rennsteig hier kan je lekker wat drinken en goed eten. Er is een openluchttheater achter het huisje. Vanwege Corona nu niet open daar hadden we geluk mee anders denk ik dat je best wel eens last van kunt hebben.
