Ski back at the foot possible on the other side of the street (see photo attached) depending on snow conditions.
Proximity to shops within 20 m (ski rental, restaurant, food ...)
Rental of household linen by the reception concierge (to be reserved during contact for the delivery of the keys a few days before arrival): pillowcase + fitted sheet + duvet cover: € 17 for a single bed and 19 € for a double bed - € 8 bath linen (1 bath towel, 2 towels and a washcloth)
Laundromat at 50 m.
Free outdoor parking: a few spaces at the foot of the residence and an unloading area. Possibility in the streets around. Paid covered parking (around 70 euros / week) next to the residence.
Paid internet connection by the resort's wifi network.
Animals not accepted.
Non smoking apartment.
Security deposit of 500 euros for the apartment to be sent one month before arrival.
The apartment must be left clean. Otherwise a minimum of 100 euros (corresponding to the repair costs) will be retained on the deposit.
