About this apartment rental
'Cottage' style apartment, in lovely village in the Eden Valley. Penrith is 20 mins drive, and Ullswater within 30 mins. The village shop is 2 mins walk, and there are two good Pubs in the village, both of which serve food. The Settle to Carlisle railway is one mile away, in the village of Lazonby, where there is also a good supermarket. Excellent walks can be started from the property without the need to use the car. There are many good eating places within easy reach. Free fibre broadband is provided. There is a south facing patio and a named parking space in front of the property overseen by a security camera.

Had a lovely few days at Johns cottage / apartment in Kirkoswald.It’s actually bigger / better than the photos.All the facilities you could need, some left-over foods/ condiments was helpful.The area is gorgeous, especially if the weather is kind, lots of walks, and we did a few longer bike rides exploring the lanes.We headed into Penrith a couple of times, lots of little cafes/ shops to explore as well as tourist attractions.The local shop in Kirkoswald has just about everything you’ll need, and the volunteers as well as residents are all so polite and welcoming.We did need to contact John, he got straight back to us.We highly recommend Ravens Prospect for a get-away.
