Upon a Hill which commands one of the most stunning views of Tuscany stands the typical and beautiful old stone country house " Fonte Migliari " ( 1820 / 2015 ) carefully rebuilt in 3 apartments, Antico - Bosco and Cervo, all with **airconditioning**, set in the fascinating hills with a splendid view of the whole valley of Volterra.
The large garden surrounds the great swimming pool ( 14 m x 7 mtr. ) with its stone terraces, with deckchairs and sunshades. All this is set in an extremely panoramic location, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The location of the property offers tranquillity and privacy together with a unique panorama, but it is also a perfect base for making pleasant excursions to places in the surrounding area, such as the historic cities of FlORENCE, LUCA, PISA and SIENNA ( hardly more than an hour’s drive away ).

Throughout the year the Tuscan towns and cities are lively with fairs, festivals, theme-celebrations and historic re-enactments from the middle ages with street markets, suppers, tastings and with once a year fireworks.
