A bathroom, a shower room, 4 toilets, a Roman sauna with shower and a rest room and relaxation. Laundry area with washer and dryer.
The villa overlooks the village and has direct access to the center of the village (100 m) along a path at the end of the garden, ample parking, secure electric gate

Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Aups.
La maison est spacieuse et la piscine est assez grande.
Il y a plusieurs terrasses, donc toujours un bon endroit où s'installer.
Il n'y a pas de climatisation mais les températures rafraîchissent le soir.
Possibilité de se rendre à Aups à pieds en 5 minutes.
Le propriétaire n'est pas sur place mais fait de son mieux pour parer aux petits problèmes.
Bref, une très bonne location pour un groupe de 8-10 personnes.

Oui le site est exceptionnel, tout confort, cuisine bien équipée ,
Mais : piscine non sécurisée ! ( pas de piles dans l'alarme ) , et besoin d'un sérieux rafraîchissement en deco
