Para quem for ficar 2 a 3 dias eh bom, mas para mais dias, precisa de algumas coisas, porém eh um bom imóvel. Só os sofás camas q fedem a urina, mas colocamos endredons por cima e conseguimos usar. A proprietária nos disse q vai reformar o imóvel, então acredito q ficará bem melhor. Não demos sorte, pegamos dias de chuva e isso nos obrigou a ficar mais tempo no imóvel.

A casa acomoda 6 pessoas com conforto. O condomínio é muito bom e bem tranquilo. Procurávamos um lugar pra ficar que não fosse muito longe das praias, com preço legal e sem bagunça e todas as minhas expectativas foram atendidas. Todas as minhas dúvidas foram prontamente respondidas. Voltaremos mais vezes.

Casa muito agradável, tudo limpinho e organizado. Sra Maria nos atendeu maravilhosamente bem e esteve pronta para qlq dúvida a todo momento. Sem dúvidas será meu espaço de preferência nas próximas viagens.

A casa é exatamente conforme as imagens, muito bonita, toda meia parede da casa em madeira . muto fresca e arejada.
Levamos 15 minutos de carro sem trânsito, até a praia do Forte em Cabo Frio e 10 minutos de carro até a praia do Sudoeste no centro de São Pedro da aldeia , praia ótima para crianças.
A cozinha é equipada com todos os itens necessários para uma boa estadia.
Passei 15 dias de férias com minha família e só tenho elogios ao local. Desde o primeiro contato com a administradora, que foi muito atenciosa e cortês, até o término da minha estadia.
Estadia maravilhosa! Recomendo a todos!
