Between Chania and Rethymnon, at the historical village of Alikampos you will find Querini Villa Maria. It is built with respect to the architectural of the region and equipped with modern amenities that harmonize perfectly with the tradition of the countryside.
Together with unique sounds of nature and unobstructed views of the natural beauty of the island, the Villa offers you comfort and privacy during your stay.
Situated to visit both the south and north side of the Island as well as Chania and Rethimnon and above all quality holidays, Querini Villa Maria is the perfect destination.
The villa covers an area of 110 sqm separated in two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, fully equipped modern kitchen, dining-room and a W.C. The second floor includes a 16 sqm double-bed bedroom, a 13sqm bedroom with two single beds, and a big bathroom with bathtub. It is designed to accommodate families, couples or a group of friends, no more than 5 persons.

Thank you very much again for our beautiful holidays! Manolis is a lovely host. We arrived really late, which was no problem at all. Manolis welcome has been very warm. The fridge has been filled with fruits, vegetables, drinks and other food. Manolis gave us loads of requirements for restaurants, beaches and so on. The house has been very nive. The environment ist calm and with a car you can reach bigger villages in cities within 10 minutes.

We really liked the villa. The furnishings are valuable and tasteful, the equipment is very good. The pool and garden are also great and you have your privacy. Manolis is a great host, super friendly and very helpful. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back.

Peace and calm in a beautiful setting. The white mountains surrounding the valley and a host really helpful and generous. Thank you again Manolis for letting us taste your mother’s delicious moussaka. The villa is very well situated to visit Hania in the north and near the impressive route to the south. Wonderful experience!

We had a lovely week staying at Villa Maria. The Villa is well equipped and clean and perfect for our family of 4. The Villa is well situated to visit various beaches on the west of the island. We hired a car which I would suggest is needed as the property is location is in a small village with local amenities were a 10 min drive away.
The property owner, Manolis is a very kind and generous host, our welcome pack was fantastic, he gave us an extensive list of restaurants, beaches etc to visit. He also provided a home cooked meal and ice cream during the week which was a welcome surprise! He couldn’t have been more helpful!
I would recommend the Villa and hope to return!
