We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again. It was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The location is perfect - away from the tourist area but within walking distance. It's also very quiet.

Fifth floor so above the traffic noise, but had a lift. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Even kept some of the original stone and timber to show it in a decorative way. Comfortable bed, hot shower and good location - within walking distance of the station, the cruise terminal and the main sites.

Loved the modern appliances, including kitchen. Bathroom was also spacious and modern. Great views as well looking out to the mountains.

We had issues checking in where the previous occupants belongings were still in the room and room was not cleaned when we checked in. This appeared to be the previous occupants' fault for not checking out on time. However, owner was quick to respond and in rectifying the issue.

the room and the bathroom were very clean.

the host was not so generous and the service is not perfect. 1. the host did not accept to let us put the luggage into the apartment (not in the room) 30 mins before check in. , the reaon was no sourveillance BUT they have CCTV monitor camara in the apartment! 2. the 2nd is we stayed for two nights but they did not want to offer us two more coffee capsules. the refill is not possible. 3. the 3rd is the service is not so good because information of check-in did not inform in advance. and also there is no goodbye message after check out.
