The apartment is located in Riva del Garda, approx. 500m from the beach / lake. 400m you find the shopping center / supermarket in the historic center is easily reached on foot with a walk. The apartment is located in a new complex directly flanked by the bike path. Quiet area. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is tastefully furnished. It has a large double bedroom with large built-in wardrobe and safe, bathroom with shower, processing, large living room with comfortable sofa (double bed) and TV-Sat. Kitchenette (including dishwasher, induction hob, large fridge, separate freezer compartment, toaster, water boiler, moka bialetti, small electric oven), washing machine, air conditioning, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi, covered terrace with table / outdoor chairs and two deckchairs. In the basement there is a private garage and private cellar to store any bikes.
