Very clean, very spacious, good furniture and towels, good water pressure. We had the family room for a single night.
Very attentive and responsive host (via messages). We appreciated that we could leave bags in the lobby after check out
Close to train station and 10 - 15 min to old town on foot.
There was no natural light and no way to bring in fresh air except by opening the front door directly on the street.
You could hear traffic from outside, very busy street, in the living room area and normal noises from next door neighbours (voices, TV, even sneezing) in the bedroom area, quite loud.

Great location and room size. The feeling of the accommodation is as of a brand new unit. We felt right at home and our stay was super comfortable.
Nothing besides maybe the room was too warm but that is not a complaint.

Great little gem in the centre of Bari! Sofia is a great host and you can tell she loves her job. She is always super helpful and caring with everything you need. Room is functional and the location is superb, close to everything. Will come back!
Only minus is the noise of the elevator going up and down (Room 1) which is not great for light sleepers.

The location was good, the shower was nice and powerful and kept the temperature well. The host communicated clearly about how to gain access to the property.
A few small problems with our stay were that the pictures were nothing of the room we were allocated to (e.g. no kitchen area, no separate level). The room was very dark with poor lighting and it was too hot with low-quality air conditioning system. We were charged €13 extra for a cot that should have been included within the booking. We were expected to remove our own rubbish from the property. The sheets were not nice quality.
