The owner is a wonderful person, pleasant communication. The check in was urgent and he arranged it. Comfortable bed.
There are no essentials: soap, dishwashing detergent (because of this, I'm sorry, I could not wash it), tea, coffee, sugar. We were on a working trip, we didn’t have this with us, we didn’t even think that this might not be.

The location is quite good, central, there is a shopping mall with places to eat nearby
It seemed as nobody cleaned the apartments for a while, there were big piles of dust next to the bed
in the main bedroom, the mugs were dirty, the towels were wet when we came, so not sure if they were still
wet and dirty from the previous residents, but definitely didn’t smell like fresh laundry

It felt a bit expensive but I was searching for a flat last minute. No WiFi.
