Former school renovated in 2020 and 2024 on 250m2 at 50m from Brignogan bay, a magnificent cove with turquoise waters, white sand and granite rocks. Spacious, fully-equipped house with wifi internet connection, sleeps 10/12, 1500m2 enclosed garden with south-facing terrace, 5/6-person jaccuzzi, swings and slide for children. Close to shops, tobacconist, newsagent, mini-market, restaurants, church, sailing school, very quiet and restful spot. Sailing enthusiasts won't be disappointed, with the sailing club 300 m away offering windsurfing, kayak, optimist, catamaran and paddle courses.
You'll be delighted by the variety of fishing opportunities in this region, whether on foot for green crabs, curlers, cockles, abalone, clams, shrimp and periwinkles, or at sea for pollock, sea bass, Saint Pierre, mackerel and brill.
Children and adults alike will find plenty to do throughout the day, with the tides offering exceptional scenery and unforgettable sunsets.
The walks and bike rides provided by the house will enable you to discover a Brittany full of charm.

bon sejour dans cette ancienne école rénovée en grande maison familiale idéalement placée. La proximité de la jolie baie et la plage est un plus très appréciable pour un séjour familial . Il n'y a que 10 couchages car le convertible en 140 n'est pas utilisable . Accueil sympathique.

Danke für die tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Super sauber. Es hat eine großartige Lage. Und der Garten ist toll. Wenn wir wieder in der Bretagne sind, kaufen wir gerne wieder bei Ihnen ein. Das Haus ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Auch unsere bretonischen Freunde waren sehr begeistert. Guten Tag und nochmals vielen Dank für diese schönen Tage.
