About this villa rental
PRIVATE VILLA BERTI TUSCANY FOREVER is an exclusive villa located in the countryside of the charming medieval town Montescudaio. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves it’s an attractively situated property where you can experience all the merits of a true Tuscan Dream holiday. The villa was built using materials of the highest quality. Its architecture is stylistically reminiscent of the rustic, typical Tuscan style while the interiors are characterized by mid-century modern design. The villa features a spacious garden with a playground and a swimming pool.
The property consists of a master bedroom with a King Size bed, a second bedroom with a Queen Size bed, and the last bedroom with three Single Size beds, two large travertine-marble bathrooms with a rain shower and an open concept kitchen living room. The villa has exterior shutter insulation that ensures privacy and provides nice shade during the sunny hours.
Meticulously colored walls, cotto floors and sophisticated furniture combine rustic and modern décor and create a warm and cozy atmosphere. This effect was achieved by using wooden and stone elements mixed with contemporary details so you can literary feel the harmony springing from it. Berti grants fascinating holidays in contact with nature and ancient traditions of the Etruscan culture, but at the same time it’s a perfect place to visit the surrounding area and beautiful sea coast.

A line of the sea stretches from Livorno to Piombino - Castiglioncello, Quercianella, Rosignano, Vada, Cecina, Bibbona, Marina di Castagneto and San Vincenzo.
Beaches of pale sand, like those at San Vincenzo and Baratti, alternate with the darker sands of Marina del Castagneto, Bibbona and Cecina, and wind-sculpted rocky shores. Well-equipped marinas provide plenty of opportunities for yachting. Costa degli Etruschi with Populonia, Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima…

Friendly people, attention to detail, cleanliness, feeling of a family environment, nice location- close to the sea .
Very comfortable set up for a family. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The meals we served outside, inside and by the pool was very relaxed. The pool was over the top. Beautiful view on the terrace.The whole place is well kept up and designed with great taste. We had internet access, but sometimes connection was not good. The best days we spent there was an unusual chilly, day in the summer. We spent the afternoon reading, eating and of course drinking wonderful wine. Great longer distance and more challenging routes for serious cyclists .Will come back .

We rented the Villa Berti for the month of October and what a super time we had! A short drive to beautiful beaches and restaurants. The location is fantastic! We were close to anything we wanted to do .Although we didn't cook much, having the full kitchen was definitely a plus. It was nice to drink wine outside, admiring the breathtaking view .
The villa is worth a recommendationfrom us to other people.We will certainly return…in summertime.
