About this villa rental
Hilly farmhouse near Pereta (Magliano in Toscana) with swimming pool (7m x 14m), sea view (Argentario, Talamone, Monte Cristo), large garden with barbeque, games for children, table tennis. The farmhouse has air conditioning in the bedrooms, 4 double bedrooms (2 with double beds and 2 with single beds that can not be joined together), all with pleasant views of the Maremma countryside and one of the sea, a living room with a working fireplace, a fully furnished kitchen. Free Wifi, free parking, cleaning lady once a week included in the price to clean the house (extra cost can cook or come more often). Laundry / ironing service at extra cost.

I hesitate to review this beautiful home, as I would love to keep it entirely for myself! The house is set in an enviable position on top of one of the hills overlooking the sea and the Maremma plains with spectacular sunsets. The gardens are extensive, thoughtfully and prettily planted, with the pool well-situated away from the house. Inside the design and the decoration reflect the family's interests, with lovingly collected pieces of art and artifacts. The kitchen is large and well-furnished, and the bedrooms and bathrooms airy, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Apart from the small lack of a washing machine (we had two children with us who can get messy!) the property is totally charming, perfect for escape and relaxation. Scansano has a good supermarket as well as the usual negozi, and Pereta possibly the sweetest little hilltop village in Tuscany, with a wonderful trattoria. We will much look forward to a return visit, Inshallah.

The sea views and sunsets were spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful organizing dinners and wine tastings.
