About this apartment rental
In the middle of summer resort, close to amenities,ideal for couples or small families. Only 150 m away from the beach.The apartment is fully equipped with kitchenette and bathroom,furnished in a modern style. Guests may have use of the common garden, and at the same time be more private, using their 30 sq.m veranda. Supermarkets are open until very late at night, for shopping.The kitchen is equipped with whatever you might need in oder to prepare meals and breakfast.

Manolis organized a luxurious taxi drive for us and was waiting at the apartment when we arrived.
We really enjoyed that sheets and towels were provided and basically everything you need. Manolis hab some fruits and water ready for us and already cooled the apartment down since we arrived in 35°C warm weather. He also had dinner recommendations ready.
It was easy to contact him for any questions or trouble and the answers were always helpful.
The beach is near and lovely and very kidfriendly. It is not photogenicly white and clean, but there is easy access, nice waves and we even found a little pool that is safe from the waves if there are any. It was very crowded, which we prefer to white sanded but crowded beaches.
The bus stop is also just a few meters away and goes to Iraklion or to Malia. The busses are air conditioned but you'll maybe wait for one a bit longer. They are supposed to go every 15min, but were not on time at all, at least when we tried to take the bus.
We had a lovely time in Kokkini Hani!

My parents had the best vacation ever! The host was very responsive and helpful! The place itself was very conveniently located to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. Thank you so much for hosting my parents!

Excellent base for seeing the area, everything as described, communication with owner very good and understanding during covid cancellations, would recommend.

My wife and I stayed in the apartment for one week in October and it was a perfect base for us to explore the island, we had a car.
The host was excellent and communication could not be faulted and we totally enjoyed our stay.
