This wonderfully rural, detached chalet, directly on the slopes, with a magnificent view of the "Hochkönig", is an ideal starting point. The chalet is cozy and well furnished and has a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed and a separate bathroom. A carport is available. The balcony or terrace offers a wonderful view over the adjacent ski slope.
Maria Alm offers many possibilities outside the winter and is also very popular in these seasons. Due to its central location, Maria Alm is an ideal starting point for many day trips to Salzburg or Zell am See, Schloss Ritzen, the Kaprunner Stausee, the Großglockner, Burg Hohen Werfen and the Eisriesenwelt. In Maria Alm you will experience a dream holiday in both winter and summer!
Whether you like skiing or snowboarding, there are numerous slopes and modern ski lifts in Maria Alm. There are also many cross-country skiing, skating and hiking opportunities in the winter so that everyone can spend their winter holiday as they wish. In the spring and summer, this holiday home is surrounded by vast green meadows and you can enjoy a delicious barbecue at the holiday home.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week vakantie gehad in een kleine maar complete vakantiewoning lekker buiten op een vrije locatie in het buitengebied van Maria Alm. Goede gastvrouw en leuke locatie voor mensen die van rust houden. Vanuit de woning kan men direct de bergen in om mooie wandelingen te maken. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
