About this house rental
This is a unique property that overlooks the area known as the Wild Basin. It is very quiet and secluded yet it is just minutes to downtown. There are views from every window. There is also a balcony with seating for four people. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to make yourself at home – just bring your food and you are ready to go! There is one covered parking space in the carport as well as ample parking space in front of the property. There are trails along the edge of the basin so you can enjoy some walks in your own private park! This is the upstairs unit and the downstairs unit is also available to rent. Wandering deer, beautiful sunsets and quiet seclusion await you!

Its an upstairs unit, it was clean and comfortable. Beautiful area. Well furnished. Kitchen had utensils and dishes, etc... there is a grill on the downstairs unit (I dont know how that one gets rented because it doesnt seem to show up on the VRBO website). Overall, a very nice place and I'm happy that I stayed there.

The views from this apartment and the large deck are wonderful. This was a great little hideaway, but still close in, for our Austin hiking and swimming getaway. Jackie responded quickly and kindly allowed us to show up a little early.

Had some issues when we first arrived, but Jackie was able to get them resolved pretty quickly. Jackie was also flexible since we had to extend our stay at the last minute.
