L'emplacement sur le port est vraiment agréable. L'appartement est suffisamment grand pour 2, il y a tout le matériel indispensable, la présence du jardin clos est un vrai plus. Quartier charmant avec de nombreux bars et restaurants
Pour trouver un point négatif, je dirais qu'il fait froid dans la salle de bain, le radiateur est un peu caché et du coup pas très efficace, salle de bain qui mériterait une petite rénovation

The location
The bed rolls to the middle.lots to f instructions re gas fridge heating. Bedding extra cost and expensive and damp and very thin. Owner difficult to contact prior to arrival . Premesis smelled damp

The location was very nice- right on the quay. A small disadvantage was that being at ground level and next to a restaurant, there were often people looking at the posted menu who could see into the apartment. There was a very nice, small backyard with a table and chairs- it would have been a great breakfast spot if it had not been raining.
We arrived, more or less on time, after a very long and trying trip from the west coast of the USA. We found, once we got in, that there were no bed sheets or towels, and that the floor was very dusty. We ignored the dust, but contacted the owner about the missing linens. He suggested, at first, that we buy some in town the next day, Monday. After some protest, he agreed to come down from his home- about an hour away, and supply the missing linens. The bed in the bedroom was a small double, and the fitted bottom sheet provided was fine; the top sheet was too small to cover the bed, let alone tuck in. The bed smelled dank and not so nice.
The next day, things seemed better, but overall the furnishings were dingy and worn. This place contrasted sharply with a second place, in the same neighborhood, that I rented for friends. That place had really nice furnishings, a clothes washer, and came with a nice pile of linens and towels waiting on the bed. The contrast between the two places was striking, but the prices were the same.
