Country house "Ca Dò Sante". In the hamlet San Pantaleo 1.5 km from the centre of Zoagli, 5 km from the centre of Rapallo, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 1.5 km from the sea. For shared use: property with trees. 500 m long narrow motor access to the house. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at 20 m. Grocery 1.5 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Zoagli" 1.5 km, rocky beach 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Chiavari 7 km, Sestri Levante 15 km, Genova 30 km, Cinque Terre 50 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Älteres Haus mit viel Charme und Geschichte. Die Terasse ist eine echte Besonderheit. Man hat eine fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer, die Bucht und Portofino. Verträumter Fußweg in wunderbarer Umgebung nach Zoagli. In spätestens 30min ist man am Strand. Sehr netter und sehr hilfsbereiter Verwalter :-) Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Keinerlei Probleme mit dem Gas und der Sauberkeit. Absolut zu empfehlen! Wir wären am liebsten länger geblieben und würden jederzeit wiederkommen :-)

Wir haben uns in diesem gemütlichen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt. Auf der Terasse hatten wir wunderschöne Abende und haben den herrlichen Blick genossen. Der Host war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit - wobei wir gar keine Hilfe benötigt haben, weil alles in Ordnung war. Herzlichen Dank für einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Wir würden dieses Haus nicht mehr nehmen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wirklich sagenhaft, aber die Mängelliste ist viel zu lang.
Der tatsächlich Weg zum Strand beträgt satte 4,2 Km und nicht 1,5 wie angegeben. Wir hatten 14 Tage lang Probleme mit der Gasleitung! Somit war normales Kochen nicht möglich sowie warm duschen Glückssache. Geschirr, Boden, Schänke, zum Teil dreckig und mit Tierleichen dekoriert. Für 5 Personen wurde nur ein Schrank zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Einzelbett ist völlig durchgelegen, die Doppelbetten mit 1,8m schlicht zu kurz. Das Objekt ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern gar nicht zu empfehlen. Es liegen Bleche und andere gefährliche Gegenstände im Garten rum und die Absturzgefahr von über 2 Meter hohen Terrassenmauern, ohne jedes Geländer, ist sehr hoch. Und das ist nur ein kleiner Teil der Mängel.
