The property is located on the border of a small, quite medieval village in the wonderful wooded countryside of Tuscany above Bagni di Lucca, with small private pool, 6.5*3.5. This small rustic cottage, with terracotta floors and chestnut beams, is set on its own grounds of over 1000msq. surrounded by spectacular views whatever weather or time of day. The property is on one level with comfortable sittingroom, full kitchen, a double beddedroom, another larger bedroom with two antique single beds and showerroom.
The front patio leads directly to the pool area, with tables, chairs, umbrellas and deckchairs. Another side patio, directly out the kitchen area, with table and chairs, allows your meals to be quite and panoramic relaxing.
This property is perfect for anyone interested in a relaxing holiday, with easy access to all facilities, some within walking distance, but also allowing you to be in the walled City of Lucca within 45 minutes and off to any other tourist area; Pisa, Florence, Viareggio, Siena, Cinque Terre and many other day trip attractions. Good restaurant in the area.

Perfect complete clean house. A great pool(we used every day) and a beautiful view. Rina & Bruno were great hosts and helped us weteever they could. Highly recommended.

We were travelling as a couple and enjoyed this wonderful house for a week. It is very clean and perfectly equipped. Nothing is missing. The location is very idyllic and quiet with wonderful views. We were able to relax wonderfully. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The house is a bit in the mountains and you have to love driving narrow and winding roads by car. You can't drive directly to the house but have to park a few metres away. However, the hosts provide a shuttle to and from the house for your luggage. A fantastic service. We would love to come back.
