This barn conversion is one of four situated at the foot of Helman Tor near Lanivet and sleeps four people in three bedrooms.
Foxes is a delightful barn conversion, one of four, situated at the foot of Helman Tor near Lanivet. The cottage sleeps four people in three bedrooms which are a four poster double room with a TV and en-suite shower room and two ground floor single rooms. There is also a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a shared lawned garden with furniture. Foxes is set within a nature reserve and is a fantastic base for friends or a family to enjoy the surrounding countryside. Please note: this property does not allow worker / contractor bookings
Amenities: Electric central heating and air conditioning. Electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Water supply is from a borehole on-site. The water is double filtered and the supply is serviced once a year. Please note: due to the shared indoor communal areas legislation which has been released, there will be no shared laundry access until the 17th May. Please note: this property does not allow worker / contractor bookings

Also close by are Bodmin Moor, the National Trust’s Lanhydrock House and Gardens for walking and cycling, as well as the magnificent Eden Project.
