Villa Nikis is an ideal holiday getaway for relaxing in nature, while remaining close to all amenities. The spacious outdoor area surrounded by fruit and vegetable gardens creates a perfect atmosphere for soothing body and mind. The two-storey 240 sq. m villa can accommodate 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms.
Ground Floor:
-Spacious open-plan area with a comfortable sitting area and indoor dining space.
-Main living room with a cosy fireplace.
-Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and fixtures, including a dining table.
-Living room opens directly onto the main veranda with an outdoor dining table for alfresco meals.
Two bedrooms:
-Master bedroom: double bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with hydromassage bathtub.
-Second bedroom: double bed and walk-in wardrobe.
-Both bedrooms feature private balconies overlooking the garden and surrounding landscape.
-Additional bathroom with a shower.
-Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
-Storage room for added convenience.
First Floor - Independent Studio:
-Accessible via indoor staircase or private outdoor entrance.
-Hall with office space and compact kitchenette (fridge/freezer, two hobs, sink, microwave/oven).
-Living area with sofas and a 32" HDTV.
-Spacious veranda with sunbeds and a cosy sitting area.
-Staircase from living room leads to attic bedroom with king-size bed.
-Studio bathroom with hydromassage shower cabin.
-Direct access to the pool area from the studio.
Outdoor Area:
-Private 50 sq.m. swimming pool with ladder access
-Pool terrace furnished with 6 sunbeds, side tables, and umbrellas.
-Charcoal and gas barbecue grills available.
-Al fresco dining area next to the pool.
-Picnic table and hammock in the garden.
-2 bicycles for adults to explore the nearby area.
-Beautiful gardens featuring fragrant flowers, vegetables, and fruit trees including orange, tangerine, banana, pomegranate, and lemon.
-Parking space within the villa premises.
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

We loved our stay at the villa! Everything went smoothly with the owner. There’s a small store for freshly baked bread and nice tavern near by. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice.

We had a fantastic week in early August. The villa, pool and other amenities surpassed our expectations. The host was welcoming and gave us lots of tips on where to go, beaches, restaurants and how to use the electric bus to avoid driving in the centre of Chania.

Villa is amazing, so clean and homely - host was so welcoming and happy to help with any aspects of holiday x Villa is amazingly clean , wonderful pool, close enough to get into Chania restaurants and buzz, but far enough out to have peaceful days relaxing Host was there to welcome us, welcome pack and lots of info to help us settle in quickly x100% recommend!! Will def come back!

Beautiful villa in a peaceful location just outside Chania. The villa was immaculate & had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Lamprini, our host, was so friendly & helpful. The pool was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommemded.
