The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 king size room with en-suite, 1 double room, 1 twin room and small bunk bed room, and family bathroom with full size bath and separate shower.
Separate lounge, kitchen diner, downstairs wc, utility. Kitchen has built-in dishwasher, fridge freezer, double oven and halogen hob. Utility equipped with washer drier.
Large enclosed lawned garden, along with large patio.
Summer house with decking at the bottom of the garden complete with sofas for relaxing

The property exceeded expectations, beautiful and well appointed with everything you could need. Photos on the website need updating to reflect the gorgeous new garden seating area. The location was brilliant, Par beach is 15min walk away and the delightful Fowey and Charleston Harbour 15min drives. Plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs easily reachable but beware the steep hill back to the property if you have had a few. The hosts could not be more accommodating, easily contactable and happy to help and/or recommend restaurants places to visit. A thoughtful and unexpected welcome pack was eaten/drunk with thanks - although I still prefer my scones the Devon way!
