This is a lovely property with the added bonus of a really well kept garden, including a pétanque area, parking space and inside 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, ‘boot room’ and a complete laundry room. The kitchen is small and would benefit from extra cupboards to store food ( we used a cardboard box on the floor) It is very rural but only five minutes from St Pol de Leon which is an amazing medieval city with a handy large supermarket, McDo for when the kids have to be appeased and a vet for when your British dog needs his paperwork sorting to travel home.
Lots of dog walking beaches nearby in walking distance and stunning touristy beaches all around.
As with most French properties be aware that electricity costs extra.
We hope to stay here again, it is delightful.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'équipement est complet et le jardin est très grand et très agréable. L' accueil de Monsieur Moal était parfait. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Maison très agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Pas besoin de voiture pour les balades la pêche ou la plage. Un superbe jardin avec plusieurs terrasses. Très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire M. Moal. Je conseille vivement cette location.

Le séjour a été fort agréable même si une sdb aurait été fort appréciable à l'étage mais ça ne reste qu'un détail.
