This delightful barn conversion is set in the small hamlet of Potto, close to Stokesley and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
All ground floor with ramp access to main door and all doorways are one metre wide. Wet room style bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, separate walk-in shower that can open up to accommodate guest wheelchair or shower chair, basin and WC. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Family friendly with travel cot and highchair available on request. Open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area, sitting area, woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, under counter fridge and 3 drawer freezer. Dishwasher and washer/dryer. TV with Freeview, Blu-ray, small selection of books, games and DVDs. Shared walled garden with lawn, patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Guests can bring horses at extra cost by direct prior arrangement with owner. Calor gas central heating, fuel, power, woodburner starter pack inc. in rent. Wifi, Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Bike storage and off road parking for 2 cars.
