About this house rental
Villa Les Coralines is situated in a new secured domaine with a shared pool and 27 houses with private parkings overlooking the bay of St Tropez in the seaside village Les Issambres.
The villa comprises of a large and spacious lounge and dining area and WiFi
The villa has a modern fitted kitchen which is fully equipped.
On the ground floor there is a separate hallway, staircase and downstairs cloakroom and W.C.
Twin patio doors lead to the terrace area with a pergola, with outside table, chairs and barbecue and a private garden.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a shower, and two further twin bedrooms and a second bathroom and separate WCAll bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
Airconditioning available on the first floor.
There is a large shared pool with sun terraces within the secure gated development.
The house is situated close 1,5 km (20 minutes walk ) to the beaches, shops and restaurants in Les Issambres.

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in villa les coralines. Op het terras heb je een prachtig uitzicht en in het huis ontbreekt het aan niets. Gelukkig is er airco aanwezig!
Het zwembad is erg sober. Het zou erg fijn zijn als daar schaduw plekken gecreëerd zouden worden. Het was nu (eind juli-begin aug) erg warm, waardoor je het daar niet lang vol hield. Ook was het voor ons jammer dat je alles met de auto moet doen, naar het strand bijv. is lopend niet te doen met alles wat je mee moet nemen. Je kunt op de fiets naar beneden, maar dat is echt een flinke klim weer omhoog. Ook is het in het hoogseizoen erg druk op de doorgaande weg langs de kust. In het voor- en najaar is het denk ik veel prettiger om daar te verblijven.

Met gezin 14 dagen gehuurd. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Alles in prima staat. Prima bedden !
Gemeenschappelijk zwembad dichtbij. Kinderen hebben genoten.
Vlakbij strand gelegen. Ondanks drukte goed te parkeren.

het is een mooie complete woning met een goed ingerichte keuken. Zelfs de wasmachine ontbreekt niet. Wifi aanwezig en nederlandse TV.
het huis ligt bovenaan een nogal steile weg , lopend best vermoeiend. Loopafstand tot de zee is een half uur ipv 15 minuten. Een auto/fiets is daarom onontbeerlijk. Het is een zeer rustig gelegen huis.
Zwembad heeft geen stoelen/ligbedden.
Pluspunt is de grote Spar beneden aan de berg recht tegen over de zeilschool.
Het strand is erg gemoedelijk en biedt veel watersportmogelijkheden. Waterskieen, jetskieen, parasail, kayak, zeilen, suppen. Alles is te huur! het waterskieen kunnen we zeker aanraden. Je windsurfplank kun je voor 3 euro pd stallen in de garage; erg handig. Goed afgeschermd zwemgedeelte.
les issambres biedt verder niet veel vertier, wel in st maxime dat ongeveer op 10 minuten rijden ligt. Leuk uitje is de boot nemen vanaf de haven naar st Tropez. Mocht je pech hebben met je auto , kunnen we garage Charpentier aanraden;ligt halverwege de berg waar het huis op ligt.
