About this house rental
Relaxing stay in the Normandy countryside, in a renovated property, ideal for one or two families (but not suitable for a group of young people coming to celebrate an event, because of the common rules of neighborhood).
The property is located in a hamlet near Brionne (27) in
-7 kms from Bec Hellouin abbey and the famous permaculture farm
-14 km from the magnificent castle of the Battlefield and its golf
- 3 kms from the leisure base of Brionne with canoe pedal boat ....
- 500 m from the Risle and the forest
- 2 km from Carrefour Market
This property consists of a main house of 170 m2 and an annex house of 70 m2. It can accommodate 12 to 16 people.
The main house is composed of:
Ground floor: 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 living room with fireplace, 1 shower room, toilets
Floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each (160X200), 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1lounge-TV, 1 bathroom with bath and shower, toilets, landing room with table football
Equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer.
The annex house is composed of:
On the one hand: an independent bedroom on the ground floor with double bed (160x200) and shower room with sanitary
On the other hand: a kitchen on the ground floor and on the first floor a dormitory of 4 single beds, a shower room and toilets.
3200m2 garden with open and heated swimming pool from April-May to end of September-October, large trampoline and ping pong table.
The house is in a hamlet, for the respect of the neighborhood, no noise possible after 22:30.

This is a lovely house with everything you could want. Huge internal space and fabulous garden and a heated pool. We stayed with a few friends and then family with young children and it worked brilliantly. within 15 minutes cycle ride (3 mins by car) is Brionne with supermarkets, bakery and an excellent market on Sunday.Honfleur is about an hour away, as is Rouen, but the best is the local abbey in one of the prettiest villages in France with Restaurants and shops.we all had a fabulous 2 week stay.well done to Herve!

Great property in a great location. We stayed here last year and absolutely loved it hence our second visit. Hervé and Marie-Aude are great hosts and always quick to respond. The house is well equipped and the pool and garden are brilliant.

Overall very good .Lovely garden and games equipment.Better detail about the location of the master key safe which was inside the garage would be helpful.Kitchen facilities okay. Could do with a knife sharpener and garlic press.Poolside furniture needs replacing Two of the loungers had holes in the plastic.

Fabulous house, garden, location. Well equipped and very near to local amenities. Hosts very helpful and quick to respond. We had a really lovely time.
