This is a former pension/B&B transformed into a vacation apartment, hence the layout is a bit nontraditional. The rooms are large and spacious, the large kitchen is a transformed guest room and thus a bit odd, but workable, and well equipped. There is the gorgeous runaround balcony with the best views and sun somewhere all day.
Off the beaten path, quiet, a working farm, about 8 min up the mountain from Mittersill. Very nice hosts live downstairs. Only downside is lack of a living room.

The house is spacious and the views are breathtaking.
The hosts don’t speak English but everything went well.
If you are looking for an idyllic quiet place this is the best choice.
