The newly built apartment (44 sqm) is located in a quiet residential area right on the edge of the forest in the Jena foxholes.
The apartment is modern, fully furnished and has a full kitchen, which is integrated into an open plan living area.
It is about 3 km from the city center. There is a bus stop 650 meters away and a tram stop a little further on. A supermarket can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is available on the property, if necessary, a second parking space can be used.
The apartment has a small green area with seating for breakfast in the open air. The apartment has a separate entrance from the outside. Hiking trails start right at the house.
The apartment is very suitable for long stays.
The apartment is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. The maximum occupancy is 2 persons.

Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit Top-Austattung, direkt im Neu augebiet direkt am Waldrand mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür, aber auch kurze Wege nach Jena selbst.

Mit meiner Freundin zusammen haben wir die Wohnung genossen. Es war absolut ruhig. Was uns sehr überzeugte war die Küche, jeden Abend kochten wir uns ein Festmal. Von dort aus sind tolle (Halb- und) Tageswanderungen möglich (Wanderschuhe erforderlich!). Gerne wieder (:
