Where we are: The house is in the village of 'San Benedetto di Lugana', between Peschiera del Garda and Sirmione. Its 30 minutes far away from Gardaland (the amusement park) and Verona, and it's very close to the highway.
MANDATORY EXPENSES: UTILITIES: ELECTRICITY, GAS €90 per week for two people MANDATORY - to be paid on arrival (+80 euros if there are 4 people)
DEPOSIT: €200 per week - to be paid on arrival.

What a wonderful place. Just relax and enjoy the view of the lake, changing with the weather, do some walking directly from the garden at the lake-side and have nice dinner in the nearby restaurants. The landlady is very friendly and attentive and open to whatever question arises. So definitely very recommended.

Es gibt nicht viel zu schreiben, kurz ein kleines Paradies!! Direkt am See durch ein Gartentor zu erreichen! Absolut eingezäunt! Wohnung / Möbel in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles soweit ok!! Alles im Haus was man braucht! Terrasse mega,,, immer schön kühl und angenehm! Kurz und bündig ein Domizil zum entspannen und genießen!! Toller Kontakt jederzeit mit Daniela der Vermieterin mit Herz!! Vielen Dank für alles !! Wir kommen wieder

Von der Buchungsanfrage bis zur Abreise hat alles perfekt geklappt. Unsere Vermieterin Daniela hat für einen perfekten Urlaub alles vorbereitet. Sie stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wann immer wir wollten. Die Aussicht von der Ferienwohnung aus ist toll, direkten Zugang zum Strand, zentrale Lage für Ausflüge. Der Hundestrand ist quasi vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Im Kühlschrank stand sogar Sekt und Wasser zur Begrüßung bereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir, Familie mit Hund haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Aussicht von der eigenen Terrasse ist wirklich super toll! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und bemüht. Die Anlage und der Strand ist entspannt, nicht zu voll und Hundefreundlich. In der näheren Umgebung findet man schöne Restaurants mit einem tollen Blick auf den Lago. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
