Sperlonga - Marina di Fondi - locality' Selvavetere
Delightful and independent villa of 65 square meters, in a plot of 1200 square meters with garden and orchard with oranges, lemons, figs, pomegranates, grapes, strawberries, olive trees etc.
Equipped with 4 beds and a sofa bed in the living room.
Large outdoor area with three sun loungers, table and benches, a ping pong table . Three free parking spaces, inside the property, large green area shaded with strawberry grapes. Barbecue in masonry with tools supplied and table adjacent with umbrella .
Position in the countryside to 2,300 km sea . A few steps in front of the house there is a large and excellent dairy, a supermarket, a fish market, a butcher shop and various restaurants.
The house is located six kilometers from Sperlonga, four from the town of Fondi and seven from Terracina.
At 2300 mt there are beautiful free beaches with bar kiosk, where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas.
The house is composed of a dining room with table and sofa bed and air conditioner hot/ cold , a large room with two double beds separated by a tent, a fully equipped kitchen with lots of dishes, and various small appliances ,(toaster, juicer, minipimer, electric shaker, etc.) plates, glasses and cutlery for six people and equipped with dishwasher .
A room with a single bed, with a bedside dresser, wardrobe and work station with chair and desk. Wifi available.
The bathroom has a very large and comfortable shower, sink and bidet. In the dressing room there is an additional sink and washing machine and dryer.
Outside the house there is a comfortable shower with hot water to be used on return from the sea to keep clean and tidy the house inside.
In short, there is everything you could want to spend a relaxing holiday with all the comforts!

Je tiens à écrire un petit mot, parce que après avoir lu le commentaire de mon compatriote, j'avais peur de m'aventurer dans un piège l'heure de notre vacance.
Bien heureusement pour moi, la propriétaire Alessandra est vraiment à l'écoute des ses hôtes, après les critiques reçues elle a fait le nécessaire pour combler les inconvénients.
Nous avons trouvé la maison très propre, même si c'est vrai qu'une odeur de moisi persistait dans la petite chambre, mais c'est normal dans une maison des vacances.
Pour nous l'eau n'était pas un problème, je pense qu'une modification a été faite, nous y avons fait attention après avoir lu les critiques.
En fait nous sommes restes très agréablement surpris par les environs et surtout parce que nous y sommes allés en rechignent.
Merci Alessandra des vos conseils pour mieux profiter de notre séjour.
