The place is spacious with double beds.
Clean & plenty of utensils in drawers & cupboards.. all the equipment you need to cook. Shops across the road.

We had a fabulous stay, very comfortable and close to the NEC. We appreciated the secure parking and how close the car was to the entrance of the flat. The host was very friendly and receptive. Great value for money. We would defo stay there again if visiting the area.
The bathroom is due for a refurb, to bring it up the standard of the rest of the flat. Mostly the flat was very clean, but we did feel the need to wash the crockery and cutlery before we used it.

Great communication with the owner, clear instructions for entry.
The accommodation was ideal for 4 adults, plenty of space. Everything was there that we needed for a short break away.
Good location for getting the bus to the NEC or city centre.
Good accommodation for what we paid.
The bathroom was a bit tired.
