A spacious room with a nice outlook, plenty of light and no traffic noise. Good information provided for getting into the property including a YouTube video from the building front door to the apartment (which was needed!) Excellent location for visiting Bologna's sights and the university. A pleasant 15 minute walk to the station. Very close to the botanical garden which is a very pleasant, small, park. Good shower and seating provided in the apartment.
There was just sufficient catering pans and crockery but more would have made self catering better. There were random pan lids which had no matching pan. The toilet had engrained dirt in the bowl which could be cleaned out and the bidet Utrap had no water in it so the bathroom smelt of the drains until we worked out why.

- The location is good
- Apartment is spacious
- Early check in was nice
- No coffee machine or kettle, even though they were shown in the pictures and mentioned in the equipment description
- Kitchen tools were not properly clean
- Had to pay an extra €12 tourist tax per night at self-check in, even though the booking stated that taxes etc were included in the price
