Hello, I provide the second floor property on the left side of this building for rent, which follow the following characteristics:
Apartment 100 meters away from the beach, 20 minutes from the center of Angra. The house has a living room, three bedrooms, a fully tiled kitchen, a tiled bathroom with shower, a balcony, a laundry area, all rooms with a great finish and furnished. Gated community with total security. The apartment has in our yard: in the front a shower, and in the back an area with two barbecue, there is also garage for two cars.
It is noteworthy that as it is a plot with four houses, the grills and garage work on a rotating basis, ie once a guest of any of the properties is using, you must wait for it to end so that another can enjoy both the garage as of barbecue grills.
