Beautiful stucco Craftsman 2 story home on a DEEP water cove with a large 2 level dock. Unbelievable panoramic lake views from both levels. Master suite down and huge loft living area with secondary and third bedroom/bath upstairs. Come and Enjoy the best spot on Lake Travis.

LOCATION--This home is located in Lago Vista, which is surrounded by beautiful Texas Hill Country, 40 miles from Austin's downtown 6th Street, 50 miles from the F1 Race Track, and 45 miles from Austin Bergstrom International Airport. You will be close to Hill Country wine tasting or hiking as well as close enough to enjoy many activities in Austin.
SETTING--This home has a very private, quiet and scenic setting located on the North Shore of Lake Travis. The decks look out from our large cove into the main lake towards Hudson's Bend and Emerald Point. Watching the sunrise from any room in the house is breathtaking!
WATERFRONT--Located directly on deep water Lake Travis, our waterfront retreat is a great location for all types of water sports. Steps lead directly from the house down to the private boat dock. Bring your boat or personal watercraft, launch it at the private ramp right next to the property and tie up at the dock for your stay. The boat launch does go dry once water levels are below 665 ft. above MSL but the dock never does. Arkansas Bend Park is 5 min up the road and also has a very nice launch area.
BOAT DOCK--The covered aluminum boat dock is 25' by 30' with an 8' by 30' upper level sun deck. Located in 90 feet of water so it never goes dry.
A neighborhood boat launch is available for use a the end of Beach Road but does go dry once water levels are below 665 ft. above MSL. Arkansas Bend Park is 5 min up the road and also has a very nice launch area when lake levels allow.

We couldn’t have asked for a better lake vacation! From the very beginning, Andrea, our host, was amazing, friendly, quick to respond, and made everything effortless, even when we decided to extend our stay an extra night.The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect for families, with plenty of space to relax after a day of fun on the water.But the real showstopper was the private boat dock with its incredible two-story design and diving platform! We spent endless hours jumping from the top deck, lounging on the floating pad, and soaking up the peaceful views. The kids loved taking the canoe out for a ride around the cove, and we never had to worry because the water was nice and deep at the dock perfect for swimming and playing.From mornings sipping coffee on the deck to evenings watching the sunset over the lake, every moment felt magical. If you’re looking for the perfect spot to unwind, reconnect, and have some serious fun on the water, this property checks every box. We’re already planning our next visit!

The house is very comfortable with a fantastic view and we had a great time during our visit to Lake Travis. A few pieces of feedback: Since the lake was so low, the walk down to the dock is treacherous (very steep steps) and you must be in good physical condition to make it up and down without hurting yourself. The trek would be very dangerous for small children or elderly guests since the home is on a cliff overlooking the lake. The "private" boat ramp was unusable since the lake was so low and there was no material in the house regarding alternate boat ramp locations or a map to any other nearby amenities. We finally contacted the owner for boat ramp information. If you bring a personal water craft or boat make sure you bring appropriate fenders and tie downs since the dock is currently housing a jet ski and boat. We brought two jet skis that took a pretty good beating against the outside of the dock--but it wasn't practical to load and unload every day. The windows on the house allow for fantastic views of the cove and the lake however the sunrise can be blinding in the mornings and a curtain on the eastern window would have been a nice touch.
All told, it was a good visit and I would recommend it; but beware of the workout to get to and from the dock, the danger for small children and those elderly, and know that you must launch your boat at another location---this would be a 4 or 5 star rating without this issue.
