Le calme, la literie est très bien, la salle de bain et wc ainsi que les autres pièces sont très propres. Sent très bon de partout. La cuisine est très bien agencée. La salle à manger, le salon est très bien décoré. Dehors, une terrasse pour profiter de la vue et est très bien agencée

C'est un Logement très propre et bien agencé. Sa situation géographique permet d'être en proximité d'annonay sans pour autant avoir les désagréments du centre ville. Le parking est aisé.
Il y a une difficulté de localisation avec certaines applications GPS. L'équipement de la cuisine est un peu rudimentaire et vieillissant.
