The house was well equipped and had most things needed for a lovely family holiday.

I found by surprise that the towels and blankets were not included in the stay. During check-in at the administrator’s office, the very friendly and professional gentleman asked whether I needed towels and blankets. He explained that this was not included. The administrator charged 85 euros extra for 5 sets of blankets and 5 sets of towels (we were 5 persons). I was upset with myself that I did not catch this 85 euros fee before booking the apartment and even before check-in in. Paying 85 euros as extra was very unpleasant. After checking the details of the details of the booking it is clear that towels and blankets are not included and are offered for an extra fee. Surely, to improve the customer experience and for transparency, this should be clearly shown as a message before making the booking and final payment. Even though it was in the details of the details (within a list of other 20+ items that belonged in the apartment), I felt some lack of transparency from booking and/or the administrator who placed the advertising for this house. Had I known this before hand, we would have brought our own towels and blankets. I hope booking refunds the 85 euros to me after being such a loyal customer.
