Shouting and yelling at customers “go back to your room”. The old guy should not work in the hospitality industry.

My booking included breakfast, but on arrival at the hotel - they refused to honour this and I had to buy my breakfast daily. Don't offer a benefit and then change your mind when a guest arrives.
