About this house rental

We DO NOT accept hen/stag parties.
Lower Mill Estate is family orientated, however, discreet adult gathering are welcome.

1 dog allowed with prior permission at a supplement of £30.00 payable separately after booking is confirmed.

25 Clearwater at Lower Mill Estate offers complimentary access to the on-site ArtSpa, a luxury spa with slate lined 20 metre indoor and outdoor heated pools (shut in winter), outdoor plunge eco pool, steam room, sauna and treatment rooms for a range of massages and spa beauty sessions (bookable at an additional cost).

Lower Mill also has tennis courts, children's play areas, 450 acres of private nature reserve with lakeside walks and cycle routes. Wildlife includes over-wintering wildfowl, otters, owls, bats, deer and the first European beavers to be introduced into England.

Reeds at 25 Clearwater sleeps 6 adults plus 2 children and 1 infant sleeping in a travel cot.

A travel cot is available at a supplement of £15.00, this is charged for separately by us after your booking is confirmed. (A flat bottom sheet is provided, however, a quilt and pillow are NOT provided due to health & safety). Size 100 x 68cm.
A high chair is available free of charge. Please advise if the travel cot and high chair are required?

Comprises living/dining, kitchen and cloakroom to the ground floor, master double en-suite, further double, twin & bunk room to the first floor as well as a family bathroom. Allocated parking and over flow car park available.

Good range of kitchen units incorporating breakfast bar for 3 people, built-in double oven, 5 ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Fully equipped for 8 guests.

Lounge / Dining

The open plan living area provides a dining table for 8 along with a comfortable seating area for 8 set around a Log burner (logs not provided). There is a TV, DVD player and an iPod dock. Sliding doors allowing access to the decking with views across Somerford Lagoon.

Bedrooms

To the first floor there is a double master bedroom with en-suite with shower over a bath. This bedroom has access to the balcony overlooking the Lagoon. There is a further double bedroom (single beds pushed together) with balcony access.

The third bedroom is a spacious twin room. The fourth bedroom is furnished with bunk beds. There is also a family shower room to the first floor.

A guaranteed later check out of up to 4pm is available on Sunday at no extra cost.

Booked this from the states 24 /48 hours before we arrived. Booking was easy. Price was very fair. Staying here with young kids all under the age of 10 and it’s been amazing. The house is spotless. The location is over looking a lake. Tea and coffee is provided as well as all cooking tools. 2 min walk from everything. Stuff for the kids to do ( games and what not) it’s just perfect. Highly suggest. Jumped in urber from Heathrow in under 10 mins. Passed out and 2 hours and change and we are here in this amazing part of the world. Doesn’t get easier. The house is built for families and i would come again anytime. So much to do here and again the location is 1 -2 min walk to pool restaurant, gym, and in front of a lake! Thank uou very much for your kindnesss and hospitality

We stayed here with my brother and family for the new year, we had a lovely time, the house was immaculate the restaurant on site was lovely food, nice walks, the only bad bits were the bunk bed room is very small and the ladder very thin so hard to stand on, beautiful place, but again as with most VRBO properties you have to get rid of all rubbish and strip all the beds (which is not what you want to do on the last day of a 3 day break specially when you pay so much money.) However I would stay again if I could get a better price.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely property. The views over the lake are amazing. The spa and swimming facilities are good and definitely worth visiting. Upon arrival, the property manager was lovely and very helpful with all queries. The beds were comfy enough and the downstairs open planned living area was spacious.
