In the heart of Drôme Provençale, near Nyons and nestled in 5 hectares of nature, this 18th-century farmhouse welcomes you in an intimate and authentic setting, ideal for stays with family or friends.
🏠 With a surface area of 200m² and a capacity of 14 people, the farmhouse is composed of three independent levels with 6 bedrooms (baby bed/high chair available), 3 bathrooms with toilets, a kitchen, and a living room for dining indoors or relaxing.
🏊♀️ Relax in the private (9x4m/fenced) heated pool (from mid-April to the end of October) and admire the panoramic view, or enjoy the nearby river for natural swimming or fishing.
♨️ Enjoy some quality time outdoors around the barbecue.
📍 Ideally located in Sahune, a stone's throw from Nyons and Vaison-la-Romaine, you'll be in the heart of a region with lavender fields, olive trees, apricot trees, Provençal markets, vineyards, typical villages, spectacular landscapes, and diverse wildlife.

Maison spacieuse et facile à vivre. Accès séparés et salles d'eau à chaque étage permettent une bonne indépendance lorsqu'on est nombreux.(Bémol: l'isolation phonique au niveau du plancher).
La piscine étant chauffée, nous avons pu aussi en profiter en soirée après les repas grillades et les enfants y ont joué des heures!
L'équipement est très bien adapté, l'environnement particulièrement calme. Nombreux chemins au départ de la maison. Le village tout proche (1km) dispose de tout le nécessaire pour l'approvisionnement. Nous y avons fait de sympathiques rencontres. Sympathiques aussi les personnes qui nous ont accueillis.
Un petit soucis pratique a été très vite pris en charge et réglé par le propriétaire.

Grande maison de caractère située dans les Baronnies et la vallée magnifique de l'Eygues.
Cette maison authentique située au milieu des bois à 2 kms du village de Sahune où le commerce de proximité est très bien achalandé et les prix sont raisonnables.
On peut accéder au village à pieds par un sentier qui se situe à 100 m au dessus de la maison.
L'accès en voiture à la maison se fait par un chemin de terre de 200 m environ qui se pratique bien en roulant lentement.
Les équipements intérieur et les literies sont de bonne qualité, machine à laver, lave vaisselle, télé, wifi, cuisinière et four ainsi que l'eau chaude qui ne manque pas même si l'on est nombreux.
La piscine est chauffée et suffisamment grande et agréable pour prendre de bons bains en famille, sans vis à vis.
Nous étions présents en Avril 2017 et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix malgré un temps maussade exceptionnel pour la région.
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans ce Mas Provençal :
cadre très nature, soleil au rendez-vous, beaucoup de balades aux alentours. De plus, le propriétaire a tout fait pour que nous passions un bon séjour et ce fut le cas !
