Small sweet oldstone house is 5oo years old property which has been completely renovated and equipped for unforgettable holidays. One bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine, kitchen and living room with sofa and flat TV, satellite Tv programs and internet. It is ideal for 2 persons, situated in the centre of Cavtat, very close to the sea and great choice of bars and restaurants. From the terrace of the house, You can enjoy stunning sea view with beautiful sunsets.

I think it would be fair to say that when going back to do something, or go somewhere you have been before, expectations maybe met but rarely exceeded. This was our second time in Cavtat and at Pero's Sweet Old Stonehouse and it did exceed all expectations yet again, its just perfect.It is hard to articulate the feelings you have while you are there, but you really do feel like its your home (even if its just for a week or two!). It is the most delightful property in the most delightful place with just the nicest local people helping to make it a very special holiday. Our last visit, 2 years ago was the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday we had experienced together, so much so we had to go back, extremely rare for us to do that but we did this year. This time we left with the same feeling at the end of the holiday as we did two years ago and we will be back but only if Pero's property is available at the time, it’s that kind place.Pero is the perfect host, checking during the week to make sure all is OK and if anything more is required to make your holiday better, nothing is too much trouble. His communications from start to finish are excellent, there to greet you on arrival and now after two visits, we think of him more as a friend.Sweet Old Stonehouse is I think the perfect description for the property and experience.
