About this apartment rental
All apartments are offered with an individual change of towels as well as an individual change of bed linen and self-catering. The property has been lovingly restored in recent years and the garden has been newly created. The apartments are furnished with great attention to detail, some with antique furniture. The spacious pool (10 mx 5 m) includes an extra paddling pool.
The house is located on a hill at the end of a cul-de-sac in a unique panoramic position. All shops and various restaurants are about 4 km away in a picturesque village. It is 22 km to the kilometer-long sandy beach. There is enough parking space for your car.
There are several barbecues, wood for campfires and a washing machine available for guests. The children can romp, slide, climb and swing on the playground. The new large garden trampoline inspires young and old as well as the wonderful tree house! Right next door you can sit on a small terrace and admire your offspring while jumping or prove your fitness with the new table tennis table.
New in 2017: If you are interested, you can do aqua aerobics and yoga under expert guidance. If necessary, a hairdresser comes into the house. So you can really pamper yourself and there is nothing left to be desired.
Since only a maximum of 22 people can live in the resort, absolute relaxation is guaranteed even in the high season.
Seasons: Make sure you use the wonderful springtime in May and June. The sun makes the days pure pleasure and at night you can sleep well. In June, millions of fireflies buzz around the hill and enchant the entire area.
Then in late summer, from mid-September, nature changes again, the leaves turn blood red and yellow, the sun is no longer burning from the sky and the view into the distance creates peace and quiet.
In the early and late season I also offer you considerable discounts, so that the holiday budget also has a few visits to restaurants. You can also order a rich breakfast if you want to enjoy a little more luxury.
Special features: There are two large, fantastic raised beds in front of the main house. Here guests will find all the herbs imaginable for their Mediterranean cuisine. Everyone should and can help themselves to their hearts' content and season the daily, crisp salad with absolutely pestice-free herbs.
After dinner, sit with your coffee in the shade at the fountain and enjoy the truly incomparable view - then your vacation is perfect! It is not for nothing that the Italians call it 'the green sister of Toscana'. Even in midsummer you look over green meadows and trees and cannot get enough of this magical landscape that exudes so much tranquility. Let your soul dangle and become a friend of the brands!
The apartment Terrazza is 130 square meters, has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Another pull-out double bed is available in the 78m ² living room. There are two spacious shower rooms. A 78 sqm living room with open kitchen, oven with baking cart and all conceivable kitchen utensils make the heart of the hobby cook beat faster. Furthermore, the apartment has a fireplace and a 50 sqm sun terrace with a brick seating area under a beautiful sun protection. Sufficient summer furniture and large parasols are available here. Enjoy the wonderful view of the vast landscape and the beautifully illuminated city of Ostra Vetere in the evening.

We booked the upper apartment, La Terraza. We booked it because of the spacious kitchen, spacious living room and spacious terrace. And of course because of the great views (360!) and the nice playground outside.
The house turned out to be exactly as promised. Even better.
The kitchen was really very nice. So we could prepare Italian meals, to be eaten outside, or, when the temperature was too high, in the beautiful living room. All the equipment needed for cooking was available. The cupboard was filled with beautiful plates and bowles to serve the food.
The living area had a great atmosphere, lovingly decorated . Our girls liked to play inside very much, in the afternoons when it was too hot to play out. We also spent time, on one of the three couches.
We had some worries, before, that the apartment would be too warm, as it is on the upper floor, but it turned out to be just fine. Lying on top of a hill, the house caught enough wind to cool off.
The terrace was great. A big table, comfortable chairs and a great lounge. When we did not feel to be up on the terrace, there were also places outside on the domain where we could read a book or play a game.
And then there was the area. The swimming pool was nice with beautiful views and enough space for all the guests. The playground is interesting for little and bigger children. And we ourselves liked to play tennistable as well.
The house is perfectly situated between nice villages (Serra de Conti, Jesi, Senigallia, Assisi), beaches (again Senigallia, Conero) and nature reserve (Parque Natural Gola) all still not too turisty. Shopping for groceries or going out for an icecream or drink is easy, with Montecarotto at 15' by car.
Also enough to do, our girls had paper making classes in Fabriano, climbed trees in Cingoli Avventura and would have done horseriding classes near Jesi if we would have had time.
And, there was Cornelia, the lady of the house. She was always present, helping out, giving good tips, arranging great wines and olive oil and always chearfull. She was really a great host.
So, we enjoyed this place a lot. We were sad to go home.
One last experience, Cornelia has put in a telescope in the room. So we saw the moon, with craters and all. Magic.

Seid einer Woche wieder zu Hause in Deutschland und trotzdem noch gut erholt.
Dieses Jahr hatten wir die wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit den drei Schlafzimmern. Für unsere Kinder 6 und 12 Jahre war das wirklich super. Und auch für uns Entspannung pur, denn Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gab es wirklich genug.
Die herrliche Aussicht von der großen Terrasse mit Kaffe oder einem Gläschen Wein einfach unbeschreiblich schön.
Die gemeinsamen Grillabende mit zwei Familien aus anderen Ferienwohnungen in der Sommerküche, die wundervoll und gemütlich eingerichtet ist, haben uns gezeigt das nicht nur Grillen in Deutschland möglich ist und Spaß macht.
Zum ersten Mal wurde eine Yoga Stunde auf den Hügeln der Casa Montale angeboten. Schöner kann man gar nicht in den Tag starten. Mein Ehemann und die kleine Tochter hatten pünktlich nach unserer morgendlichen Aktivität das Frühstück bereitet. Ein Traum und ich bin nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder dabei.
Die deutschsprachige Vermieterin Cornelia ist immer bereit und hilft sogar bei behördlichen Unwegsamkeiten.
Wir freuen uns nächstes Jahr 2018 mit Freunden, die wir für diesen schönen Fleck Erde begeistern konnten, wieder einen wundervollen Urlaub zu verbringen. Ein echter Geheimtipp auch oder gerade für die Nebensaison Ende August/September, wenn man keine schulpflichtigen Kinder hat. Natur pur und der Mensch mittendrin.

Wir haben unsere Zeit im Casa Montale sehr genossen.
Das Ferienappartement Stella ist liebevoll und funktional eingerichtet und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Zusammen mit dem restlichen Anwesen und den vorhandenen Angeboten (Pool, Sommerküche, Kinderspielmöglichkeiten...) ist ein erholsamer Urlaub vom ersten Tag an möglich.
Ganz besonders ist aber die überaus herzliche und in jeder Situation hilfsbereite Betreuung durch die Vermieterin vor Ort hervorzuheben.
Ein ganz großes Plus und die wärmste Empfehlung schlechthin - ein Wiederkommen ist also ein MUSS!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohlgefühlt in der Casa Montale. Das Panorama, die liebevolle und geschmackvolle Einrichtung der Wohnung und des Außengeländes, die nette Vermieterin und ihre Familie, die stets um unser Wohl bemüht waren, die geselligen Grillabende (Grüße an den Grillmeister) machten unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Es gibt in der Umgebung so viel zu entdecken, daß 14 Tage nicht ausreichten. Deshalb werden wir bestimmt wiederkommen.
