About this house rental
All apartments are offered with an individual change of towels as well as an individual change of bed linen and self catering. The property has been lovingly restored in recent years and the garden has been newly created. The apartments are furnished with great attention to detail, some with antique furniture. The spacious pool (10 mx 5 m) includes an extra paddling pool.
The house is located on a hill at the end of a cul-de-sac in a unique panoramic position. All shops and various restaurants are about 4 km away in a picturesque village. It is 22 km to the kilometer-long sandy beach. There is enough parking space for your car.
There are several barbecues, wood for campfires and two washing machines available for guests. The children can romp, slide, climb and swing on the playground. The new large garden trampoline inspires young and old as well as the wonderful tree house! Right next door you can sit on a small terrace and admire your offspring while jumping or prove your fitness with the new table tennis table.
New in 2017: If you are interested, you can do aqua aerobics and yoga under expert guidance. If necessary, a hairdresser comes into the house. So you can really pamper yourself and there is nothing left to be desired.
Since only a maximum of 22 people can live in the resort, absolute relaxation is guaranteed even in the high season.
Seasons: Make sure you use the wonderful spring time in May and June. The sun makes the days pure pleasure and at night you can sleep well. In June, millions of fireflies buzz around the hill and enchant the entire area.
In late summer, from mid-September, nature changes again, the leaves turn blood red and yellow, the sun is no longer burning from the sky and the view into the distance creates peace and quiet.
In the early and late season, I also offer you considerable discounts, so that the holiday budget also has some restaurant visits. You can also order a rich breakfast if you want to enjoy a little more luxury.
Special features: In front of the main house there are two large, fantastic raised beds. Here guests will find all the herbs imaginable for their Mediterranean cuisine. Everyone should and can help themselves to their hearts' content and season the daily, crisp salad with absolutely pestice-free herbs.
After dinner, sit with your coffee in the shade by the fountain and enjoy the truly incomparable view - then your vacation is perfect! It is not for nothing that the Italians call it 'the green sister of Toscana'. Even in midsummer you look over green meadows and trees and cannot get enough of this magical landscape that exudes so much tranquility. Let your soul dangle and become a friend of the brands!
Capanna House
A few meters from the main house is the small and beautifully designed holiday home 'Capanna'. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with tub, bidet, toilet and sink, a large living room with an open kitchen. Here is a new sofa bed, should more than 4 people want to go on holiday. (For each additional person, 15 € per night will be charged) From the enchanting, covered terrace you have a wonderful view of the hills and Montecarotto. A total of 85m² is available.
The house Capanna has just been completed, the garden has been newly created and so you can enjoy all the new things to your heart's content. The use of the pool, the garden and the grill area is for all holiday guests. Of course, there is also space for a campfire and all lying areas and summer loungers. Nevertheless, the house Capanna is somewhat separated and whoever wants can retire to their own little garden.

Die Planung und Buchung verliefen reibungslos und die Kommunikation mit Frau Brouwers war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Sie schickte uns eine gute Anfahrtsbeschreibung, mit der wir Casa Montale problemlos fanden.
Das Anwesen mit 5 Wohnungen und einem separaten kleinen Häuschen liegt auf einen Hügel mit Blick in ein weites Tal und auf den nahe gelegenen Ort Montecarotto. Der Ausblick ist wirklich toll, besonders von der Terrasse des Häuschens Capanna. Im Anwesen befindet sich ein Pool zur gemeinsamen Nutzung, diverse Spielgeräte für Kinder und eine Sommerküche zur Nutzung durch die Gäste.
In der Gegend befinden sich um Umkreis von 30 Fahrminuten mehrere nette Örtchen mit tollen Restaurants, die Frau Brouwers in ihrem Handout beschreibt oder gerne auch mündlich empfiehlt. Auch diverse Strände (Sand und Kies) sind in etwa einer guten halben Stunde erreichbar.
Frau Brouwers steht bei allen Anliegen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und kümmert sich sehr nett um ihre Gäste.
Wir haben uns gut erholt und einen tollen Urlaub in den Marken verbracht.

Op zaterdag 22 juli kwamen wij aan op deze ontzettend mooie plek in Italie.
Met onze drie kinderen hebben wij genoten in het losse huisje Capanna. Het uitzicht was adembenemend. De kinderen hebben zich goed vermaakt in het zwembad en in het speeltuintje wat erbij hoort (met boomhut!). Ook de omgeving is prachtig. De eigenaresse was heel goed te bereiken als je haar nodig had. Ook zorgde ze voor heerlijke wijn en olie. Zelf heb ik hier ook genoten van de yogales die buiten werd aangeboden. Strand en mooie stadjes in de buurt.

Zum dritten Mal auf der Casa Montale und zum zweiten Mal im Haus Capanna, das keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Diesmal haben wir den wunderbaren Pool viel öfter frequentiert und haben neue Bergdörfer besucht und kennen gelernt.
Der Strand in Numana gefiel uns so gut, dass wir öfter dort waren, trotz der ca. 45 Minuten Anfahrt.
Und wieder haben wir so nette Familien kennen gelernt, mit denen wir Tage und Abende verbracht haben, unsere zwei Kinder (7 und 3 Jahre alt) haben sofort Anschluss gefunden und auch wir senden Grüße nach Wien, Kassel, Köln und Münster: es war schön mit Euch! Und vielen Dank für die Handtuchhilfe und Verpflegung an unserem Abreisetag.
Vielen Dank auch mal wieder an Cornelia, bei findet Urlaub statt, so wie er sein soll, vom ersten Augenblick an. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Nun zum zweiten Mal wieder in einem wunderschön gelegenem Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Einfach italienisches Flair genießen. Unsere beiden Mädels ( 5 und 11 Jahre) genossen nach entspannten Stadtbesichtigungen oder Baden im Meer den großzügigen sehr gut gepflegten Pool. Die Vermieterin wie immer freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Freuen uns schon auf den Sommer 2017, diesmal in der großen Ferienwohnung, da das Haus leider zu unserem Wunschtermin schon ausgebucht war. Ein rundum gelungener erholsamer Urlaub.
