About this apartment rental
A small apartment with sloping ceilings, very bright. It is located in the heart of Verona, a few minutes walk from the Arena (Piazza Bra), the main shopping streets (Via Mazzini and Via Cappello) and the railway station. Perfectly connected to all parts of the city is also ideal during fairs or special events. A few meters it is the stop for all buses.
The apartment has an entrance hall, dining room, kitchen, double bedroom (with possibility of extra bed) and bathroom with shower. All rooms open onto a large terrace cured. In spring / summer you can have breakfast / lunch or dinner on the terrace surrounded by greenery. In addition to the dining table with chairs and umbrella are also two sun loungers / deck chairs for relaxing outdoors. In the apartment you can not smoke but the terrace gives the convenience of staying safely outdoors.
For guests air conditioning, television, radio, free internet wi-fi, fridge, tea / Kettle, toaster, full kitchen with all amenities, hair dryer, reading room and entry keys. The decor is warm and welcoming. Although in the center, the apartment is well soundproofed. Available private garage.
Ideal for a romantic getaway but also work.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment, the place was clean and probably the best equiped place we have stayed in. Comfortable beds and a lovely patio with table and chairs and sun loungers. We were greeting on a very late arrival by Fiorenza's husband (apologied we didnt get his name) Despite our very limted Italian and his limited English he imparted lots of information about the Verona and the surroundings towns and cities and the best way to get there. A few things to note, the ceilings are very low in places but the materials they are made of are mostly pliable so and slight bumps of heads weren't painful.We are both quite tall so had to be aware whilst walkimg around parts of the apartment. If someone was very tall it may be an issue. The step out of the shower is also quite big so again something to be aware of. Finally the location is up 3 flights of stairs so wouldnt be good for people with poor mobility.Location wise it is good, plenty of restaurant and cafes nearby, a small Pam supermarket about 2 minutes away. The old centre of Verona and all the aMain places of interest is around 10-15 minutes easy walk away and the train and bus station is about 10 minutes away for great connections to other locations and the airport. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend the place. Fioenza was a great host and easy to deal with.

Cleverly converted unique attic flat with attractive rooms round three sides of a delightful garden roof terrace. Very well-equipped. Ten minutes walk from the railway station, fifteen from the Arena. Selection of shops, cafes and restaurants all within a few hundred meters. The ideal base for a stay in Verona.

Top floor apt with lovely outside terrace, not for the faint hearted though, quite a few steps to the front door. Apt well equiped with everything needed for a comfortable stay but would have been nice to have a sofa to relax on instead of 2 tables/chairs. Great outside space with sun loungers to enjoy some sun and quiet time. Lots of restaurants nearby and only 10 mins from the arena and 10 mins from train/ bus station, perfect location. Host very helpful despite the language barrier.

Great terrace, good location, light, quiet, private apartment with excellent wifi. Lovely hostess. However, the inside of the apartment needs a make over -- a bit cluttered and dowdy.
